No Fuss Homemade Corn Chips

We've all seen the method for making homemade chips using either corn or flour tortillas: cut stale tortillas into wedges, spread out on baking sheet, spray with oil, sprinkle with desired seasonings, bake carefully at 450...don't let them burn...

Well, today I am roasting tomato halves at 200 degrees for four hours. I have very stale tortillas in the refrigerator.
So, why not? I cut up the tortillas, sprayed them, lightly sprinkled salt on them, put them in the oven and let them sit. Remembered to check at 1 1/2 hours and they are perfect!!!

Give it a try.
I liked the corn ones the best!
