Crop Swap

I decided to try out a Crop Swap over at Godigitalscrapbooking.  The swap is organized by my good friend Els and what could go wrong?

The swap paired us up with a partner to swap winter photos with; we would scrap each other's photo (s).  Easy, right?  My partner lives in Southern California.  What, no snow there?  No winter?  No problem.

Here is what I dreamed up for a beach photo.  The photo was teeny.  So I put it in a teeny snow globe I made.  Then I blew up the photo into a pixellated mess and ran a watercolor filter on it, then did a blend and got a really cool "painting"  I like it.
