Make it Blue

The Gulf is so blue in Panama City because of the white sand.  It is hard to capture that color, though, especially when the angle of the sun is not perfect.

What is a scrapper to do?  Turn to the Smart Brush tool in Photoshop Elements, that's what!  One of your choices in the menu is Blue Skies.  Hey, it works for water too!

Maybe a little strong on the blues, but you get the idea!
